Accounts and security
You must provide accurate first name, last name, telephone number and email details. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your password confidential.
Accounts require a verified email. Passwords must contain 8–14 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character. Each category may appear more than once. Do not reuse a password from another service. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, abusively or in a way that threatens the website or other customers.
Seat reservations and payment
A selected seat is temporarily held during checkout. A booking is created only after the confirmation screen appears. Pending bookings are not paid tickets.
Online card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout and collected by By Dimitris_Creative Studio (Dimitris Zoumpoulakis). After reserving, use Pay securely or My bookings. For payment assistance, contact the organiser on WhatsApp at +356 9933 7656. No card or bank credentials are collected here. The full amount must be received within the payment window stated in the confirmation; otherwise the booking may be cancelled and the seats released. Prices are in euro and include any applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
For child, student and disability tickets, suitable proof of eligibility must be presented at the theatre, such as proof of age, a student card or a disability card. If it cannot be presented, the ticket holder will be kindly asked to pay the difference up to the standard ticket price at the entrance.
No refunds; permitted transfers
Tickets and paid bookings are non-refundable if you cannot or choose not to attend. A ticket may be transferred to another person, but it may not be resold above face value. The original purchaser remains responsible for the booking and should notify the organiser of the replacement attendee before the performance.
If the organiser cancels the performance, customers will be offered a refund or another remedy required by applicable law. If a performance is materially rescheduled, the organiser will explain the available options. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The performance and venue
Doors are scheduled for 18:30 and the performance for 19:00 at Valletta Campus Theatre. Dates, times, cast, programme and operational arrangements may change where reasonably necessary. Late admission may be delayed or refused until a suitable break.
Follow venue safety, accessibility and conduct instructions. Disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or abusive behaviour may result in removal without refund. Contact us in advance about wheelchair spaces or other access needs so suitable arrangements can be made.
Bookings, entry and attendance
Bring the booking reference and, if requested, reasonable evidence that you are the purchaser or authorised transferee. A duplicated, altered, cancelled or fraudulently obtained booking may be refused.
Children and young people remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult. Personal photography or recording may be restricted. Professional or commercial recording requires written permission.
Website availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep seat information accurate and prevent double-booking, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability. We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable loss connected with the affected booking. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy, changes and governing law
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. The version accepted when a booking is made will normally govern that booking unless a mandatory legal change applies.
These terms are governed by Maltese law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Customers may also use any consumer complaint or court process available under applicable law.
